How will we communicate?

By phone, text, email, FaceTime, or within the PT Distinction app—whatever is easiest and most convenient for you.


How many workouts a week do I receive?

This will be determined in the initial consultation with your Seny coach as it depends on your goals.


How long do I have access to the workouts?

Workouts will stay in the app at the scheduled time you are able to access as long as you are a current client. If you stop after eight weeks, you will lose access to the app and workouts


Am I locked in?

The Custom Training program requires a eight-week minimum commitment. After that, you are able to cancel at any time.


Is there a meal plan?

No, this is strictly training (workouts).
