How do I access workouts?

You will receive an email to set up your profile with the PT Distinction app. This is where you will access all of your workouts.

How often are workouts updated?

Workouts are updated on Sunday evening/ Monday night for the week.

- Monthly check ins on goals and how everything is going to progress or change up workouts

How will we communicate?

By phone, text, email, FaceTime, Voxer, or within the PT Distinction app—whatever is easiest and most convenient for you.

Is a meal plan included?

No, there is no set meal plan Kate will not tell you what to eat. However, Kate will have you log your food so she is able to see what you currently eat so we can work together on healthier options and healthy habits to incorporate into your everyday life. Sometimes tracking in an app Wto find out exact calorie intake. Working together to find a balance that works for you and your lifestyle.


What equipment do I need?

Programmed based off of you and your equipment Kate does suggest a set of dumbbells and mini bands to get started.

How many workouts do I receive?

This will depend on your goals and what you and Kate discuss in the consultation

How long do I have workouts for?

Workouts will stay in the app at the scheduled time you are able to access as long as you are a current client if you finish your 12 weeks and end you no longer have access to the app.
