No Bake Energy Bites
Who else is a snacking queen? I am all about the snacks. This is a quick and easy recipe to have on hand for some extra energy as you snack. Eating healthy doesn't always have to be difficult or boring.
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup natural nut butter
- 3/4 cups old fashioned oats
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp flaxseed
- 2 tbsp chia seed
- Add in dark chocolate chips if desired
Directions:
- Mix up peanut butter and honey until it is smooth
- Add in flax and chia seed and mix well
- Add in oats and still until all of the oats are covered with the mix
- Fold in your dark chocolate chips
- With your hands grab the mix and roll into small balls
- Store in the fridge for 20-30 minutes before eating
