My Favorite Granola

I LOVE granola! It is one of my favorite snacks and I love adding it in with my yogurt, oatmeal, smoothie, etc. It can be challenging to find a granola that is not loaded up with refined sugar. This recipe is very quick and easy to make!




  • 4 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup your favorite nuts
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Add all your dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl
  3. In a smaller bowl mix your coconut oil and maple syrup
  4. Pour the liquid into your dry ingredients fold the ingredients until everything is covered
  5. Spread the granola out on a baking sheet
  6. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes mix it up, then bake for another 12 minutes.



Feel free to mix and change the ingredients up!
