My Favorite Granola
I LOVE granola! It is one of my favorite snacks and I love adding it in with my yogurt, oatmeal, smoothie, etc. It can be challenging to find a granola that is not loaded up with refined sugar. This recipe is very quick and easy to make!
Ingredients:
- 4 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup your favorite nuts
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp flax seeds
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Add all your dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl
- In a smaller bowl mix your coconut oil and maple syrup
- Pour the liquid into your dry ingredients fold the ingredients until everything is covered
- Spread the granola out on a baking sheet
- Bake at 350 for 12 minutes mix it up, then bake for another 12 minutes.
Feel free to mix and change the ingredients up!
