Homemade Bagels (4 ingredients)
Alright who doesn't love a nice warm bagel? Bagels are by far one of my favorite things to eat even though they are not the most nourishing for my body. I love this easy recipe so I can enjoy my bagel more often!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 egg white
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Sprinkle Himalayan sea salt
- Any extra seasoning you enjoy on your bagel
Directions:
- Preheat oven at 375
- Mix all the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl
- In a separate bowl whisk 1 egg white and set aside
- Spray down the baking pan or use coconut oil
- Add in the yogurt and mix with dry ingredients (might have to use your hands it can get sticky)
- Make dough into a ball and then put it on the baking pan and roll it out into a snake
- Wrap it in a circle
- Once bagels are all formed paint on the whisked egg white and season
- Bake for 25 minutes
*If it is really sticky add in more flour*
Only makes 4 bagels so double recipes to make more! Enjoy with cream cheese, make an egg sandwich, or just plain butter!
