Cacao Brownies
Anyone else have days where they could just eat chocolate all day? I know I do! This recipe is a great brownie mix that nourishes your body as you enjoy.
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mash ripe bananas in a mixing bowl
- Add in egg and coconut sugar mix well
- Mix in your dry ingredients
- Fold in your dark chocolate chips
- Spray backing pan
- Spread ingredients out evenly in baking pan (9x9 glass pan)
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
- Top with coconut flakes (optional)
