Cacao Brownies

Cacao Brownies
Anyone else have days where they could just eat chocolate all day? I know I do! This recipe is a great brownie mix that nourishes your body as you enjoy.
 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mash ripe bananas in a mixing bowl
  3. Add in egg and coconut sugar mix well
  4. Mix in your dry ingredients
  5. Fold in your dark chocolate chips
  6. Spray backing pan
  7. Spread ingredients out evenly in baking pan (9x9 glass pan)
  8. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
  9. Top with coconut flakes (optional)
