If you are reading this, then THANK YOU for visiting my blog! I have been wanting to start a blog for quite some time now and to have readers on my page is very exciting!
I am a NASM certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist and I currently train clients in person and online. I am also studying to become a board-certified holistic nutritionist. As much as I love what I do and working with clients I feel creating a blog will guide me to connect with even more people. I have started to create a platform on Instagram to share my knowledge as a Personal Trainer and soon to be Nutritionist and let’s face it Instagram likes to keep posts short so it is difficult to go in depth about certain topics. I do think “blogging world” has become a little over-saturated, that certainly is not a bad thing! It is great that there is so much diversity out there leaving something for everyone to read and learn from.
Here on my blog, you will find a little bit of everything. Workouts, corrective exercise, nutrition / recipes, mindset, lifestyle, and travel. For now, I am so excited to have my website up and running and I will continue to figure it out as I go!
